Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Handmade items (stickers, notepads, prints) may require additional time during peak seasons. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Typical delivery times:

  • Czech Republic: 2–5 business days

  • Slovakia: 3–7 business days

  • European Union: 4–10 business days

  • Rest of the World: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or customs processing.

Order Tracking
All international orders include a tracking number. Domestic Czech orders may be shipped with or without tracking depending on the selected shipping method at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or handling charges. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages
